Pets are allowed at our Service Residence levied at S$30 per day or S$500 per month, subject to prevailing Goods & Services Tax.

A deposit is generally not required for stays less than three months at our Serviced Residences. If the stay is between three months and one year, we will be collecting a one-month deposit. If the stay is more than one year, we will be collecting a two-month deposit.

Laundry services are available daily except Sunday and Public Holidays.

Guest’s request for extra beds during their stay is subject to availability and apartment type. You can make a request 3 days in advance through the Reservations Team OR Front Office Team with a surcharge of S$60 per night / $850 per month, subject to prevailing Goods & Services Tax.

Storage of luggage is unavailable at our Serviced Residences.

Housekeeping service is provided according to the contractual terms for each apartment on stipulated days and time except on Sundays and Public Holidays.
