  • I would like to send a personal note of thanks and appreciation for the management at Riverside Village. They went out of their way today to help me on something I'd like to share with you.

    Since yesterday evening, I noticed the foods inside the fridge in my flat weren't very cold. Before I even had the chance to tell management, the maid noticed this morning, while I was away already. Not only they replaced the fridge, they are now getting exact food replacements for the items I had bought from Cold Storage and were spoiled.

    This is really very nice and, I must say, unexpected kindness and commitment to service. I'd really like to applaud and express my sincere thanks...

  • I checked out of Riverside Residence on 30/06/2012 after 11 months stay before that I was resident in Leonie View for one year.I would like to take this oppurtunity to thank Mrs Livia Choo and her team for making my wife and I very comfortable during our stay.
    During the renovations all the staff performed admirably to lessen and discomfort the guests had and with such a project of re-painting and the fire prevention installation that has not been an easy task for them.
    I am not stating this lightly but all of the team from reception through to housekeeping would not be out of place in a five star establishment...

  • These folks were just the best they treated us like family and took extra time to educate us on the local customs and food. Also told us where to shop for the best prices. Clean enviroment, nicely maintained. Loved the folks there would stay again even on vacation not just business.
