  • Bryan was extremely friendly and helpful. I called a few minutes enquiring on the availability of my room prior to my arrival and he remembered my name when I arrived. This is indeed personal service. Isfareed's service was excellent when I was in the Executive Lounge. The moment you look at his direction, he would take it as a sign that you needed help. His attentiveness was superb. Both staff should be rewarded. The reason why I would go back to stay is because of them. Kudos to the hospitality treatment at CVH. Please convey my appreciation to them.

  • We arrived earlier than expected after a long haul flight from. Paris it was so nice to be greeted in a genuinely friendly manner by Ronald as we were tired & our luggage had been lost by the airline, it was also the last day of our honeymoon which Ronald acknowledged & upgraded our room which made us feel special. I wish hotel staff in Australia had the same fabulous attitude that your staff do. I will be recommending your hotel to family & friends. Thank you.

  • I really liked the hotel. We picked it because it's reasonably close to the airport and has a free shuttle service. I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness/friendliness I experienced overall.
