Full pre-payment and a non-refundable policy will be applied for all rooms in a group booking.

This will supersede any prior group booking that was made with a flexible and refundable policy. Should there be an outstanding balance as a result, our team will contact you to complete the full settlement.

Smoking is strictly prohibited within the hotel premises. Guests are allowed to smoke in designated smoking areas outside the hotel.
If you are caught smoking in the guestroom, you are liable for a fine of SGD200.

Luggage storage is available to hotel guests on a complimentary basis. Guests who arrive before their check-in time may store their bags until their rooms are ready. Guests may also store their bags following their checkout until the end of the day.

Our hotels follow the Singapore standard and uses the British BS1362 three-pronged square pin type socket.

The Deluxe Room caters to a maximum of 2 guests. The 2nd guest will be required to register at the Reception during check-in process. The room is unable to accommodate a 3^rd occupant (except for an infant below 2 years old). Baby cot is subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.

There is no connecting or smoking room available in the hotel. Accessible rooms is available upon request.
