  • All staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Patrick arranged early check-in and breakfast for us while waiting on 20 March. When we mentioned we were to go to Melaka on 23 March he provided us with information on food and eating options there which we found very useful and informative.   • James at check in b/c we had a room upgrade and use of the phone/internet....he explained very well. Ismail with getting us settled and telling us places to visit and where to find information for tours, etc.

    Very warm and friendly staff. They looked for ways to make our stay pleasant and our time in Singapore enjoyable. I liked the location and ability to walk around some. We felt safe with the added outside door security.

  • Room Service closes 10:30pm. We arrived late. My 4yr old daughter was hungry and needed milk. Although room service was closed the friendly staff went out of their way and obliged with a tall glass of warm milk to my daughter's satisfaction. We were very grateful. Ibrahim, the concierge was very friendly and courteous.
